The company have a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects. Current projects range from 50m to 300m+ and include residential new build, mixed use development, hospitals, and university buildings. The Opportunity They are looking for an experienced Planner or Senior Planner to join their busy site team. The successful planner will work on the below project: Student Accommodation Project. The contract value is 250m+ with a 3 year programme plus PCSA stage. The project spans seven buildings including 4 new build high rise, 2 new build low rise and 1 refurbishment of an existing building. The Candidate It is imperative that candidates have a good knowledge of the construction process and can integrate well in a site environment. They are seeking a Planner or Senior Planner with: Experience of Asta Power Project Previous experience of residential new build projects (From 50m+) Previous experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor Proven ability to oversee multiple project programmes simultaneously.
