Director of Healthcare CommunicationsNote: This role will be based elsewhere in Europe and the client would help relocate the suitable candidate. Please only apply if you are open to relocation.Responsibilities

Lead client relationships across pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and healthcare services accounts.Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that span media relations, reputation, corporate positioning, policy engagement, and patient advocacy.Provide senior counsel to C-suite executives on issues, market access, and reputational challenges.Manage a team of consultants, fostering professional development and best-in-class client delivery.Drive business growth through new business development, proposal leadership, and strengthening relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and profitable project delivery.Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging healthcare narratives to provide proactive recommendations.Qualifications

13-15+ years of experience in healthcare communications, corporate affairs, or related fields. Ideally in global settings and across different markets.Prior consultancy/agency experience is required.Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector in EMEA or APAC, including regulatory and policy dynamics.Proven ability to lead complex accounts and provide counsel at senior levels.Excellent writing, storytelling, and media engagement skills.Track record of team leadership and business development.Mature, driven and can mentor the team to success.How to apply
