Required Experience and Qualifications:Extensive experience in aseptic and pharmaceutical manufacturing.Strong knowledge of microbiology, clean room qualification, and ICH Quality guidelines.Proven project support/management experience.Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical production and sourcing.Skilled in business case development and project approvals.Formal qualification in project management preferred.Proficient in budgeting and resource allocation.Strong problem-solving capabilities.
