What''s on offer?

• Salary: £42,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
• Location: Milton Keynes, with occasional travel to Bedford
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Hybrid working: Up to 2 days working from home following successful completion of probation

What will you be doing?

You''ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal advice and building lasting relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from start to finish.
• Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver an excellent service.
• Supporting senior team members on more complex matters.
• Getting involved in networking, marketing and business development activities.
• Ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

What are we looking for?

We''d love to hear from you if you have:

• 2–3 years'' PQE in Commercial Property.
• Experience managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for client service.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach.
• A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for developing your career.
• Ideally, knowledge of Milton Keynes and the surrounding area.
