Caravan Restaurants | B Corp .As the leader of our strategic growth channel of “core speciality”, which includes our hero target growth channel of speciality cafes, bakeries and coffee shops, alongside secondary channels of pubs, bars and restaurants, you will own and spearhead the growth of our national strategy and be the key driver of the delivery of the revenue goals. This role is about more than just the numbers: you’ll be a thought leader in the coffee community, putting Caravan’s name front and centre in the speciality coffee community by continuing to build your network in our community.Responsibilities
Channel performance and PandL management: Full management of the channel PandL accountable for the top and bottom-line performance, reporting such performance back to the business.Strategic Channel growth: Development and execution of the channel growth plans, unlocking strategic new business opportunities, whilst delivering commercial performance for our current business through best-in-class account management. Develop and execute plans that deliver mutually beneficial growth while upholding Caravan''s speciality coffee cup and experience standards for the end consumer.Industry thought leader: Be a recognised thought leader in the coffee community. Regularly attend industry events as attendee and keynote speaker; build and maintain a strong network within the specialty community. Collaborate with Head of Marketing to run events to develop Caravan''s position in the space and the community.Strategic leadership of our account management team: Create and execute strategies that drive commercial performance of current accounts while growing brand love with customers.Team leadership and performance management: Lead the Account Management team, fostering a collaborative culture, tracking performance, and reporting to the wider business; support growth of the team.Financial accountability and reporting: Responsible for financial performance and reporting of current accounts and supporting functions (Training and Events). Manage PandLs to drive top-line and profitability; ensure reporting standards via tools and files.About Caravan
