About the Role As Registered Manager, you will: Lead an Ofsted-registered children''s home. Manage and develop a team of Deputy Managers, Senior staff and Care and Support Workers. Drive high-quality, child-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead across both homes.
