This role offers a unique opportunity to earn commission from day one and provides clear progression to a Sales Manager position within 12 months.Job Duties Engage with prospective customers to understand their housing requirements and guide them through the purchasing process of new build homes.Provide detailed information on property specifications, pricing, and availability, ensuring customers receive accurate and clear communication.Conduct property viewings and site tours, highlighting key features and benefits of the developments.Manage sales enquiries efficiently, maintaining records of customer interactions and sales progression using company systems.Negotiate terms and agreements with customers in line with company policies to secure sales and achieve targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events related to the housing developments.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and changes
