Designate General Manager . This is no ordinary role: you’ll start your journey in a roaming position, travelling across our collection of Boutique Inns to support and lead teams in different locations. This gives you the unique opportunity to experience the diversity of our sites, learn from our managers, and prepare to take the reins of your very own Butcombe Boutique Inn in the future. From premium dining pubs with boutique bedrooms to vibrant community favourites, you’ll be immersed in the heart of our business, living our values and driving exceptional guest experiences wherever you go. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you’ll be regularly visiting and working at different sites.

Responsibilities

Travel between Boutique Inns to support and lead teams at different locations.

Live our values and drive exceptional guest experiences wherever you go.

Learn from and work with our managers to develop skills and prepare to take the reins of a future Butcombe Boutique Inn.

Contribute to the standards and day-to-day operations across sites.

Qualifications

A full UK driving licence is essential.
