We''re looking for a Production Engineer to be responsible for supporting day-to-day production, bringing new products and processes into manufacturing and driving process improvements in both way of working and the equipment used to deliver safer working environments. This position requires an experienced engineer with a broad skill set in both electronic and mechanical engineering, a solid background in PCBA manufacturing, and a high-performance mindset. Key Responsibilities Support manufacturing teams with hands-on technical problem solving Investigate and resolve recurring quality, process, and downtime issues Lead CI and structured problem-solving activities (RCA / 8D) Support NPI activities and process introductions Create and maintain SOPs, BOMs, and routings Monitor and improve PCBA test performance and yield Update test specifications, limits, and software Liaise with PCBA suppliers and test equipment providers Work closely with Quality and Supply Chain to ensure compliance Skills and Experience Manufacturing/Production Engineering qualifications/background with strong electronics bias Proven PCBA manufacturing experience Good understanding of electronic test systems and data analysis LabVIEW and TestSta
