A specialist London cost consultancy is looking to appoint an MEP Quantity Surveyor to support a growing building services workload. The successful MEP Quantity Surveyor will work across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments throughout London.The MEP Quantity Surveyor will be involved from early design and cost planning through procurement, construction and final account. Working alongside clients, designers and contractors, the MEP Quantity Surveyor will provide detailed commercial advice across mechanical, electrical and public health packages.This role would suit an MEP Quantity Surveyor with UK consultancy experience who wants greater responsibility on technically interesting projects.
