The role involves: Conducting assessments of residential properties to identify retrofitting needs and opportunities (evaluating energy efficiency, insulation, heating systems, and potential for renewable energy installation). Current focus is primarily ECO4 surveys. Lodging work and reports through our clients corporate ECMK / Core Logic account. Ensuring any recommendations comply with UK building regulations and schemes such as PAS2035. To be a consultative and positive face of the business, ensuring positive customer engagement.
