Electrical Design Engineer (Revit / 3D)

Our client, a well-established electrical contractor specialising in commercial projects, is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their growing team based in Three Bridges, Crawley.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong Revit 3D experience to play a key role in the design and coordination of electrical systems on a range of commercial developments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and developing electrical designs for commercial projects, using Revit 3D modelling to support project delivery from concept through to installation.

• Produce electrical building services designs using Revit 3D.

• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and other design disciplines to ensure coordinated and buildable designs.

• Assist with the design of lighting, power distribution, containment, fire alarm, and data systems.

• Support the delivery of commercial electrical projects from design stage through to construction.

• Ensure all designs comply with current UK standards and regulations.

• Experience working as an Electrical Design Engineer within building services or for an electrical contractor.

• Strong Revit 3D experience.

• Experience designing commercial electrical installations.

• Knowledge of systems including lighting, power, containment, and life safety systems.

• Understanding of UK electrical regulations and industry standards.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
