Reward Manager £300 - £425 per day (Inside IR35)Birmingham 6 Month Contract Hybrid Working AvailableThe OpportunityFord and Stanley are partnered with a key client to recruit an experienced Reward Manager on an interim basis to support a range of Reward and HR workstreams.This is a specialist role requiring a highly capable Reward professional with experience in Job Evaluation, Equal Pay Audits and Executive Remuneration Governance.
