The Rent and Service Charge Accountant will be responsible for calculating, reconciling, and monitoring property service charge income and expenditure and preparing annual budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities;Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop accurate service charge budgets, estimates, and year-end actuals.Reconciliation: Perform regular, detailed reviews and reconciliations of service charge accounts to identify anomalies.Compliance: Ensure all charges comply with relevan regulations, legislation, and lease obligations.Stakeholder Management: Respond to queries from residents, leaseholders, and internal teams regarding charges.Data Analysis: Analyze large volumes of property financial data to provide actionable insights.
