A respected international organisation within the aerospace supply chain is searching for a high-impact General Manager and Head of Sales Operations a leader who thrives on commercial ownership, operational transformation, and building high-performing teams. This is not a maintenance role. It''s a growth mandate. With an established operation in Stoke and the potential for a future relocation the business is looking for a GM who can take control of operational outcomes, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitability across a complex, fast-moving environment. You''ll be based in Reading, with regular oversight of the Stoke operation.
