Preferred Requirements: Carry out comprehensive needs and risk assessments, co-producing safety plans with clients to manage and mitigate risks. Provide outreach, resettlement, and tenancy sustainment support, enabling women to maintain their current accommodation or access alternative housing. Maintain an effective support service, empowering survivors to develop the skills and resources necessary for independent living. Leverage your understanding of cultural diversity and domestic abuse to provide tailored support. Collaborate with a wide range of agencies, including the police, local authorities, and the voluntary sector, to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrable experience as a support worker, with a deep understanding of the impact of domestic abuse on women and children. Proven tra
