CPSS are seeking an organised and proactive School Business Manager to oversee the school''s financial, operational and administrative functions. Working closely with the Headteacher and Governors, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of finances, HR, premises and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the school budget and financial reporting

• Overseeing HR processes and staff administration

• Managing premises, facilities and health & safety

• Supporting strategic planning and ensuring compliance with regulations

The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong financial and organisational skills

• Be an effective communicator with leadership experience

• Ideally have experience in a school or public sector setting
