Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Passive Fire Contracts Manager to take full ownership of live projects and lead delivery across multiple sites with minimal supervision. The Role This is a senior, delivery-focused position. You will be trusted to run projects independently and take responsibility for programme, quality, compliance, and commercial control. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end management of passive fire contracts Leading delivery across fire stopping and fire door packages Planning and coordinating labour, materials, access, and programmes Managing site teams and specialist subcontractors Ensuring works meet specification, certification, and fire safety requirements Direct client liaison and issue resolution on live sites Weekly coordination and management meetings in Gillingham Managing variations, progress reporting, and handover documentation Supporting audits, inspections, and quality reviews Essential Experience Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within passive fire protection Strong, practical knowledge of fire stopping systems Strong knowledge of fire
