BMS Sales Manager
BMS Sales Manager Kent (Hybrid Working) Salary up to 65,000 I am working with a well known BMS Company that are looking to expand their team Key Responsibilities Sales and Commercial Management: Oversee the sales process from initial opportunity to project completion. Manage the commercial aspects of projects during the sales phase. Client Relations: Actively engage with clients, including attending site/client meetings. Build and maintain relationships with Electrical Installation and Panel Contractors. Work closely with Regional Managers and the Operations Team for project success. Identify and proactively address potential client challenges, offering customized solutions. Candidate Attributes Strong relationship-building skills, both externally and internally. Excellent communicator and collaborator across customers, colleagues, and managers. Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making. Financial and commercial awareness. Adaptable, flexible, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about BMS products and their benefits. Required Experience Proven experience in BMS projects. Customer-facing experience. Familiarity with Trend, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Tridium BMS systems.
