Part Time Customer Service Advisor Salary: EVH Grade 5 Hours: 17.5 Location: GlasgowWe are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join a respected social housing organisation based in Glasgow. This is a front-line role handling enquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, face-to-face, webchat, SMS, and social media. You will ensure customers receive timely, efficient, and high-quality outcomes while providing an excellent experience.Key Responsibilities:Deliver excellent customer service and manage enquiries across all areas of the organisationHandle reactive requests including repairs, housing allocations, rent and payments, tenancy management, and anti-social behaviourProvide reception cover and support digital channelsTake ownership of enquiries to resolve issues efficiently and reduce customer effortLiaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely resolutionMaintain accurate records and fully utilise customer management softwareRequirements:Minimum of 1 year front-line customer service experience, ideally in a call centre or high-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectivelyCustomer-focused, proactive, and resilientProficient in Microsoft OfficeDesirable:Experience in social housing or housing managementKnowledge of the Scottish social housing sector and relevant regulationsCustomer or housing-related qualificationsOnly candidates with relevant e
