We are currently supporting one of the JTMAT primary schools with recruiting an EYFS Teaching Assistant to start from 1st October 2024 on a full time, temporary ongoing basis. Some of the responsibilities will include: Treating all children as individuals and to have a secure knowledge and understanding of their needs while they are within our care.Motivating and encouraging the children to participate in activities.Providing 121 and small group support within the classroom.Supporting the class teacher with other tasks as required.Ensure a clean, tidy environment conducive to fostering good Health and Safety practice.Ensuring the welfare and safety of children within our care.Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons you are responsible for or come into contact with.Contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school.
