Warrenty Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Warranty Manager to join a well-established manufacturing organisation operating within a highly technical engineering environment. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating warranty service requests for newly delivered products, acting as the key point of contact for customers while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, suppliers and subcontractors to investigate warranty claims, coordinate solutions, and identify root causes to support ongoing improvements in product quality and production processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical systems knowledge and experience within a complex manufacturing or engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for warranty service requests relating to newly delivered products. Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and other resources to resolve technical issues. Maintain clear communication with customers, providing updates on progress and managing expectations. Manage and process warranty claims, identifying opportunities to recover costs from suppliers or subcontractors where applicable. Liaise with Quality and Supply Chain teams regarding supplier performance and recurring issues.
