We are currently recruiting for a Warranty Manager to join a well-established manufacturing organisation operating within a highly technical engineering environment. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating warranty service requests for newly delivered products, acting as the key point of contact for customers while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, suppliers and subcontractors to investigate warranty claims, coordinate solutions, and identify root causes to support ongoing improvements in product quality and production processes.
