This role will be critical for the continuous improvement, feature development, and secure delivery of high business value collaboration tools at TJX. You will use your Microsoft 365 expertise to shape technical proposals, design and implement new solutions, and deliver large transformational programs. The IT Engineering Manager will lead the Engineering team, providing coaching, mentoring, technical expertise, and strategic guidan
