We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager to join Westminster Women''s Safe Space, a specialist women-only hostel supporting women who are experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, and the impact of violence against women and girls (VAWG). Located in Westminster, our service provides high-quality, trauma-informed support to women facing multiple and complex challenges. This is your chance to play a key leadership role in a service that helps women find safety, stability and a pathway towards a brighter future. About the role As Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Service Manager to lead a dedicated team delivering exceptional, person-centred support. You''ll help create a safe, psychologically informed environment where women can recover from trauma, rebuild confidence and work towards greater independence. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will provide operational leadership, coach and develop staff, work collaboratively with specialist partners, and ensure the service continues to deliver outstanding outcomes for residents.
