This position involves advising a diverse client base, from SMEs to large corporations, on a variety of corporate and commercial matters. The successful candidate will lead projects and processes, support compliance objectives, and contribute to the profitability and strategic goals of the department.Day-to-day of the role:Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company formations, shareholders'' agreements, and joint ventures.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts such as supply agreements, service agreements, and terms and conditions.Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.Offer non-contentious employment/TUPE advice.Assist in the sales of SPVs whose sole/main asset is real estate.Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.Supervise and mentor junior solicitors or paralegals, where appropriate.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England and Wales.At least 5 years PQE in corporate and commercial law.Proven experience handling complex transactions and contract negotiations independently.Strong technical legal knowledge, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.Excellent communication and clie
