Experienced Plumbers required to carry out maintenance work at a university campus.

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across the university campus.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages and plumbing faults.
• Maintain water systems, pipework, taps, toilets, showers and heating systems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Undertake preventative maintenance inspections.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to students, staff and visitors.

• Relevant plumbing qualifications and proven experience.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A flexible, proactive and reliable approach to work.
