This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage confidential information, and confidence in handling multiple priorities.The Role Responsibilities will include: Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing job adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies and candidates, shortlisting applications, arranging interviews and assessments, and issuing employment documentation.Preparing and maintaining HR documentation in a timely and accurate manner.Managing HR administration for new starters, leavers, employee changes and benefits.Coordinating onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.Managing absence administration in line with company policy using the Bradford Factor.Supporting the coordination of internal and external training and development activities.Maintaining accurate employee records using the HR and payroll system (Cascade).Managing ..... full job details .....
