Company Pension Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments and variance analysis. Produce budgets, forecasts and cash flow reports to support business planning. Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors. Review financial performance and provide commercial insight to management. Work closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders on financial and business-related matters. Requirements AAT qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
