The role Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Buyer to join a growing commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the procurement of materials and plant, ensuring best value, quality, and timely delivery to support our residential developments. This is a key role within the business, working closely with Commercial, Construction, Technical, and Finance teams to ensure procurement strategies align with project budgets and build programmes.
