As a Complex Care Clinical Lead, you will:Lead and manage complex care packages for adults, paediatrics, and those with learning disabilities or mental health needsDevelop and secure new care packages from ICBs, commissioners, case managers, and private clientsRepresent the company clinically during meetings and tendersCollaborate with leadership to expand services nationallyFocus on service growth, mobilisation, and clinical governanceThe Complex Care Clinical Lead will enjoy:Annual salary of 55,000 - 60,000, plus commission (negotiable)Remote-first working arrangement
