Role: Production Operative Double Days and Night shifts availableLocation: Congleton CW12 EU6Pay rate: 14.45 training rate and day rate 17.34 for Night shift after training completed.Start: As soon as possibleDuration: Temporary ongoing contracts with potential future opportunitiesShifts offered: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10 pm alternating for the day shift or 10pm-6am for Night shiftDescription: System Control Operator (SCO) operates a complete production line or production sequence, by monitoring and steering all relevant production processes and parameters for a defined sector of production, in a control room environment. Sets up and controls production program. Sets up production parameter and executes necessary checks. Constantly controls operations and monitors process results, acts according to contingency plans in case of deviations. Makes predefined and specialised quality checks. Contributes to judgement on production results. Engages and coordinates maintenance staff for repair and maintenance issues. Advises directly related manufacturing staff. Please note - this position requires standing for extended periods of time.Required Candidate: Worked in Production / Warehouse role or environment is desirable but not essential as full training is provided. Have a positive can - do attitude and is eager to learn. Be able to communicate positively. A flexible and adaptable mind set to respond effectively and efficiently to changing production requirements.
