Are you confident with root cause analysis alongside leading quality investigations?If so a global leader in the Aerospace sector is looking to take on board a Customer Quality Engineer to grow their current department.Customer Quality EngineerPermanent PositionsASAP Start8-4:45 M-T / 8-12:30 FDerbyCustomer Quality EngineerJob Description:Liaising regularly with Aerospace Customers/OEM''s and providing updates on quality investigations/processes on siteEnsure product quality compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and relevant industry regulationsLead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address product non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and testing protocols for in-process and final product verification using precision measurement tools and techniques.Collaborate closely with design, production, and regulatory teams to support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change processesCustomer Quality EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/QualificationsMust have experience within a precision/highly regulated manufacturing business (Aerospace advantageous)Proven experience leading root cause investigations for product qualityConfident and proven experience dealing with customers from a quality standpoint.Please apply below if this role
