Payroll Administrator - Harlow - An exciting opportunity to join a leading payroll firm based in Harlow has arisen. This role will allow you to work within a close-knit supportive team to provide payroll support within a friendly environment. Job Role: Acting as the first point of contact for pay queries by phone and email. Input all Payroll data on to the system. Preparation of monthly payroll reports. Advice and support on the HR and Payroll system. Handling Compliance''s, following company processes and checking information. Create weekly time-sheets, send to the clients and make sure they are returned on time to ensure all operatives are paid on time and correctly Weekly reports. Requirements: We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills (written and on the phone). Proven experience working within an office environment is a big PLUS. Excel experience necessary Ability to work under time constraints. A willingness to learn and enthusiasm for efficiency.
