Based from Liverpool City Centre HQ this role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing income team with the potential for contract extension and future opportunities.Your New RoleAs an Income Officer, you will play a key role in maximising rental income and supporting customers to sustain their tenancies. Managing your own caseload, you will take ownership of rent arrears cases from early intervention through to legal action where required, ensuring a customer-focused and proactive approach throughout. Key responsibilities will include:Managing rent arrears and negotiating affordable repayment agreements. Supporting customers with income maximisation and welfare benefit-related queries. Conducting home visits and engaging directly with customers across the local area.
