Behaviour Support Worker - Bradford Veritas Education Veritas Education are working with a partner secondary school in the Bradford area who are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Worker on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident supporting pupils with behavioural needs, building positive relationships, and helping students re-engage with learning. The role involves working closely with the pastoral and SEN teams to ensure pupils receive consistent support throughout the school day. Role Responsibilities: Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour across KS3 and KS4Delivering targeted interventions and 1:1 mentoringWorking alongside the pastoral and safeguarding teamsManaging behaviour in line with school policiesHelping pupils regulate and positively engage with lessonsProviding support both in and out of the classroom Who We''re Looking For: Experience working with young people with behavioural, SEMH, or pastoral needsConfidence managing behaviour and building rapport quicklyA calm, resilient and supportive approachDBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Other Opportunities We also have various full-time, part-time and adhoc supply roles available across Bradford and surrounding areas.
