Position: Electrical Production Manager Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 (Contract Option Available) Location: Droitwich Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am - 16:00pm - 40 hours per week - OT Available at x1.5 Proactive are currently recruiting for a skilled Electrical Production Manager to begin work for a leading engineering company based in Droitwich.The Supervisor manages the operation of the electrical assembly team, this position is located in Droitwich, with possible travel to customer sites.In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:GENERAL MANAGEMENTFull responsibility for all Production areasManagement of assembly team members and sub-contractorsLiaise between Project Managers and shop floor staffCost effective allocation of labour and resourcesCo-operation with other Supervisors to ensure on time completion of build scheduleIdentify and evaluate training needs of team members and conductImplement and maintain departmental multi-skilling system (Skills Matrix)Lead Efficiency improvements and projectsOperations costs managementCapacity resourcing including overtime approvalTo be responsible for NCR submissionsCompletion of quality control inspection at various stages of construction (Field Eagle)Weekly consolidation of paperwork including labour and space plans.Lead daily shop floor tier board meetingsOn time completion of plant room fit outs, cladding, and finishing to the quality standards requiredUpdate and maintenance of Company Gas Sa
