TeacherActive is proud to be working with an SEN school based in Maidstone, supporting children with a range of additional needs. The school provides a supportive and nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and individual abilities.

The school is looking to take on a caring SEN LSA on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful SEN LSA will provide 1-1 support, assist pupils with personal care where required and work closely with staff to understand and meet each child''s individual additional needs.

The successful SEN LSA will have:

• Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
• Experience providing 1-1 support
• Confidence supporting pupils with personal care
• A good understanding of additional needs and individual support requirements
• A kind, caring and patient nature
• A positive and supportive approach to working with children
