We''re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a positive, customer-first attitude and who thrives on finding solutions, working independently and getting the job done right first time.The Role As a Multi Skilled Plumber, a typical day might include:Undertaking all types of plumbing repairs including taps, WCs and wastes, plus basic tiling, across Acis housing stock and other properties - covering emergency and scheduled responsive repairs as well as renovation worksArranging materials and plant, directly or under supervision, for an efficient and productive return on expenditureEnsuring the correct materials are available to complete work to the required standardLiaising with tenants and your line manager on the timing and progress of workEnsuring safe handling and storage of plant and equipment, including road-worthiness checks on your vehicleCarrying out work in line with current Approved Codes of Practice and Building Regulations, including localised risk assessmentsBeing customer focused, with flexibility in working hours as the job demandsEnsuring the repairs and maintenance Code of Conduct is fully complied withCompleting further training ..... full job details .....
