Role & Responsibilities:

• To manage supply chain operations for the business unit, ensuring accurate forecast reporting
• Production planning, materials planning, inventory management and achievement of customer service levels in accordance with customer and business requirements.
• Oversee materials supplier day-to-day relationships in conjunction with group purchasing
• Executes divisional supply chain strategy within the business unit and contributes to continuous improvement, waste reduction and sustainability goals
• Responsible for the health, safety, wellbeing and development of the supply chain team in line with the group people strategy

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience in supply chain management
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG
• Strong planning, forecasting, and inventory management skills
• Familiarity with supply chain systems and reporting tools
