A dynamic North London studio is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join its growing team. Specialising in high-end private residential projects, the practice combines creative design with smart thinking to deliver homes that look stunning and also support quality of life.

The Role
You''ll lead projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and collaborators to shape bold, human-centered design solutions. Strong early-stage design skills and the ability to see projects through to delivery are essential.

Key Requirements

5-10 years post-Part 3 experience

Strong portfolio with high-end residential focus

Confident across all RIBA stages

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Interest in design''s impact on wellbeing (training provided)
