Are you an experienced Senior Design Manager seeking a new role with a leading Tier 1 main contractor. Fawkes and Reece are currently supporting a long-term client as they look to strengthen their Design Team to help deliver a -150m mix-use scheme in Central London which is a high-rise project consisting of BTR apartments and student accommodation with a total of 460 units.

This role will act as the design lead on site managing 2 Design Managers and a document controller and report directly to the Design Director

Requirements for the Senior Design Manager role

• Experience working in a Design Management role with a main contractor or developer
• Experience with HRBs
• Experience with gateway 2
• Experience managing a team
