Job Purpose: Still in its original Fleet Street location, our historic building retains much of its 1890s character, reflecting over a hundred years of history while providing 21st century facilities. With six floors, St Bride Foundation is a unique and memorable setting for a range of events - lectures, workshops, board meetings, conferences, weddings and other celebrations. The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of St Bride Foundation, helping to ensure our historic building is safe, compliant, well maintained and welcoming. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Facilities Coordinator, you''ll provide support across facilities management while also acting as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors, tenants and contractors. We''re looking for an organised, approachable and proactive individual who enjoys a varied role and is equally comfortable managing administrative tasks behind the scenes as delivering excellent front of house service. Key Responsibilities: Operational Administration Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Facilities Coordinator across all aspects of facilities management including planned preventative maintenance programmes and reactive maintenance requests. Liaise with Facilities Coordinator to ascertain what jobs can be completed in-house and what needs an external contractor.
