Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across the curriculum
• Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional needs
• Assist with phonics, numeracy, literacy, and creative activities
• Promote a safe and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and independence
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and carers to support each childandrsquo;s progress
• Participate in school events, enrichment activities, and professional development opportunities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
• Have experience working in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
• Be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a child-centred approach
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be passionate about helping children reach their full potential
