Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across the curriculum
- Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional needs
- Assist with phonics, numeracy, literacy, and creative activities
- Promote a safe and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and independence
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and carers to support each childandrsquo;s progress
- Participate in school events, enrichment activities, and professional development opportunities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
- Have experience working in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
- Be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a child-centred approach
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be passionate about helping children reach their full potential
