Business / Application Systems Analyst Burton on TrentFood Manufacturing Shifts Week 1 = 6am - 2pmWeek 2 = 2pm - 10pm Responsibilities- ERP systems including other IT applications supporting the business.- Lead the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring they are completed on time, scope, and budget.- Evaluate current business processes and identify continuous improvement.- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues quickly and effectively.- Gather stakeholder requirements and document business requirements.- Training and mentoring business application users.- Creating, reviewing and maintaining Functional and Business Requirement Documents (FRD and BRD)- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.- Work cohesively with all departments and stakeholders internally.- Introducing change configuration within the business applications or business process.- Preparation of business cases for application improvements.- Create self-learning and attend internal training courses.- Creating problem reviews of root cause analysis and introducing permanent fixes- Willingness to learn new innovative technologies and tools. Essential and Desirable Skills:- Good analytical skills.- Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry is desireable
