Your new role As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices whilst maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Working as part of a collaborative finance team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving queries, and supporting the wider accounts receivable process.Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring invoices are paid within agreed terms. Proactively chase outstanding debt via telephone and email. Investigate and resolve invoice and payment queries efficiently. Allocate customer payments and reconcile accounts. Produce aged debt reports and escalate high-risk accounts where required. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal departments. Support month-end processes and reporting requirements. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance cash collection performance.
