Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Multi Skilled Technician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the Multi Skilled Technician, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled Technician, will be responsible for: Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks, including fire alarm tests, emergency lighting tests, water temperature monitoring, and flushing of little-used outlets. Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete minor electrical, fabric, plumbing, decorating, and general building repairs. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, risk assessments, and associated documentation. Support site operations with porterage, janitorial, and general facilities support duties when required. Promote a safe working environment by complying with all health, safety, environmental, and permit-to-work procedures.
