They are seeking an experienced MandA Director with a strong background in IT services. In this role, you will lead the entire MandA process, from identifying potential targets to integrating acquisitions, joining a well-established team that has seen continued growth. This role is fully remote with the option to go into the office at your discretion.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full MandA life cycle, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and integration.Perform financial analysis and strategic planning to identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities.Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired companies.Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and senior management.Qualifications:Significant experience in MandA within the IT services sector.Strong financial and analytical skills.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.Seniority level
