Hours of work:-12 hr shifts Monday - Saturday (flexible)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our logistics and distribution team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing various tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The ideal candidate is punctual, physically fit, and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming stock and materials

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for dispatch

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if trained)

• Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

• Label and store goods appropriately

• Assist with inventory control and stock rotation

• Complete relevant paperwork and update inventory systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment (preferred but not essential)

• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic math and literacy skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required

• Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
