An established specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager or ambitious Contracts Manager to join its growing project delivery team.Operating as a Principal Contractor, the business delivers commercial roofing and external refurbishment projects across London and the South East. Projects span the education, healthcare, industrial, heritage, residential and public sector markets, with a strong focus on refurbishment and re-roofing works to occupied buildings.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional looking to take on a key leadership role with genuine long-term career progression and the opportunity to help shape and develop a growing department.Reporting to the Head of Contracts, you will take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and commercial performance.
