Overview: Our client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Chelmsford, Essex. Working closely with the commercial team, you will assist in the commercial management of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will support the measurement and valuation of works, procurement of subcontract packages, cost reporting, contract administration, risk management, and financial forecasting.
